What we’re working on at the moment:
- Ethics and compliance benchmarking and health-checks. Most organizations face increased ethics & compliance exposure, expanded global remits, but constrained resources. We help ensure those resources are used where they’re needed most by benchmarking the ethics & compliance program, and then comparing implementation across affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, portfolio companies and/or third-parties.
- Immersive (online) scenario-based ethics and compliance training for organizations wanting to move from strict compliance to a culture of ethics. This includes ethical dilemmas, role-plays, crisis simulation, scenario exercises and uses different media and techniques to engage and improve learning.
- Supporting whistleblower response processes. We’re investigating multiple whistleblower complaints, with allegations including corruption, collusion, fraud, human rights abuses, abuse of power, and threats of violence. These projects have required work across 20 countries in the past 9 months. This includes reviewing allegations, gathering evidence, assessing credibility and developing investigation plans.
